低温泵重力式自循环供液系统理论设计方法及计算软件开发

The design method and the software development of the gravity fluid feeding system with cryopump

  • 摘要: 文章分析了空间环境模拟器的低温泵重力式自循环供液系统的工作原理,明确了系统管道中流体的流动状态。对液氮重力式自循环系统设计方法进行研究,给出其理论计算公式和系统设计流程。同时,基于C++软件平台,根据系统理论设计方法开发出一套系统设计计算软件,为低温泵重力式自循环供液系统的设计提供了理论基础和参考依据。

     

    Abstract: The gravity fluid feeding system with cryopump for the space environment simulator is discussed in the paper. The working principle is explained, and the flow state of the fluid in the pipelines is confirmed. The design method of the system is composed of a series of calculation formulas and design flow charts. The design calculation software for the gravity fluid feeding system with cryopump is developed based on the theoretical design method.
