Abstract:
In this paper, the importance of temperature stabilization in temperature tests is discussed in the context of the definitions and confirmation methods of temperature stabilization in typical national and international environmental test standards. A test scheme is proposed in this paper for the direct measurement of the product temperature stabilization time, together with a self-developed measuring device. The results are compared with those estimated by the product weight method, and the factors influencing the temperature stabilization time of products are analyzed. Finally, this scheme is evaluated in view of the necessity, advantages, conditions, and other points.
