Abstract: The process control for unifying external contracts are discussed in this paper. The control includes unifying individual product technical status, clarifying responsible personnel and batch external contract proposal, providing at the same time the requirements on mission, data package and process control. By combining process verification and on-site inspections, the product quality and PA requirements are to be satisfied.
