Design of 1070 m3 reverberation chamber

  • 摘要: 为适应航天器研制任务发展的需要,北京卫星环境工程研究所研制建立了一个1 070 m3混响室。文章对该混响室的本体、气源系统、控制系统的设计进行了介绍。该混响室本体为六面体结构,墙体为内、外墙双层结构,大门采用推拉式钢结构;数字式闭环控制系统进行了多项改进,有效地提高了控制精度和操作的自动化程度;经验收调试,混响室最大总声压级能达到155 dB以上;提高了北京卫星环境工程研究所的声试验能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the ability of acoustic tests to meet the requirements of spacecraft, Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering has built a reverberation chamber of about 1 070 m3. This paper presents the design of the chamber’s building, the gas generation system and the control system. The wall of the chamber is in a double configuration, the steel door is of push-and-pull type, and a new digital close loop control system ensures the control precision. The overall sound pressure level of the 1 070 m3 reverberation chamber can reach 155 dB.
