Standardized management system for performance test data of typical spacecraft products

  • 摘要: 文章基于航天器产品高可靠性要求和小子样的特点,依照产品顶层研制测试需求为主题模板,提出了一套全新的试验数据标准化管理模型,具体可细分为数据置信度管理模型、小子样产品数据筛选模型和性能数据管理模型;并以航天器供配电二次电源产品为应用对象,实现了二次电源产品的性能试验数据标准模型的建立,将现有非结构化测试数据进行了汇总,统一了量纲,可为产品的批产化横向对比和代系发展纵向对比,以及数据的后续利用提供高效可靠的试验数据信息。

     

    Abstract: Based on the high reliability requirements of spacecraft products and characteristics of small samples, and according to the top-level development and testing requirements of products as the theme template, a set of novel standardized models for test data management were proposed. They include data confidence management model, small sample product data screening model, as well as performance data management model. The secondary power supply product of spacecraft was taken as the application object to establish the standardized models for performance test data. The previous fragmented test data were summarized and the dimensions were unified. The proposed study can be used for horizontal comparison of batch production and vertical comparison of generation development for spacecraft, so as to offer reliable information for the subsequent use of test data.
